Permission to Dream
4″ x 8″ premium card with envelope, sold in increments of 5 cards.
Survival and endurance have been the watch words for months now. Have you had time to day dream? Let your mind meander? Discern? Set aside time to craft a more expansive vision?ย Permission granted.
The Pandemic Permission Project invites mutual encouragement to do the simple things, so that we can do embrace our call to do the hard things. Sometimes we need that extra little bump of encouragement. We need permission to focus on care for ourselves and care for our beloved communities. When we are sustainably cared for, then strength and resolve to build a beloved community can grow.
Maybe you need a reminder for your refrigerator? Maybe youโd like to write a note to a friend? A family member? Your pastor or fellow minister? These permission slips that weโve created or not about judgment. They are about encouragement to do the small things. To care for our well-being in ways that prioritize our spiritual practices, Sabbath, and our identities as disciples and not consumers, as spiritual leaders and not cogs in a machine.
But wait, you’re asking me to BUY something? Yes, this is also a way to support the work of Three Minute Ministry Mentor. We gladly and freely give away information, inspiration, resources, questions, and encouragement weekly. When you buy and share these cards, you are also helping us continue our calling to support people learning ministry in practice. And we are grateful for your partnership!
The back of the card is blank for your personal note.
