Six-Word Stories for Lenten Lights
Several years ago I discovered Six Word Stories, inspired by Ernest Hemingway. Photos with six-word stories are scattered around my blog. During the 40 days of Lent, six word stories will be delivered on Saturday evenings each week. This watercolor was painted in May of 2013 and steps back to see two overlapping circles: nature’s four seasons in the northern hemisphere, and the seasons of the church calendar (Advent at the top, followed by Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Pentecost, Ordinary Time).
